REFORMER 101

Never done Reformer Pilates before or just want to get back to basics? Learn the basic principles of Reformer Pilates as we work your core and focus on breathing techniques, posture, and the articulation. Train for full body muscle control, balance, coordination in this beginner-friendly class.


(Recommend 3 – 5 101 classes before progressing into the other levels. This is a 50 minute class )

REFORMER LITE

Our signature reformer class with a little more. Easing newcomers into a series of reformer exercises. In this class, we slowly Introduce a few props that can be used to further challenge yourself. Slower paced than reformer flex and sculpt, with easier transitions between exercises. 

(Entry level class that is perfect for those who are new to reformer pilates and for those who want to focus on technique.)

REFORMER FLEX

Work on realigning your body as we correct imbalances caused by daily stresses. Get ready for some light core work and increase your range of motion as we focus on centring your mind and body. This class will leave you feeling lengthened and have you reenergised, ready to take on anything.

(Great for developing deeper understanding of the biomechanics of the body )

REFORMER SCULPT

A dynamic class integrating elements of cardio and strength training to develop lean muscles. Expect the heart rate to spike, muscles to burn, and get ready to sweat! We train your coordination and fire movements that improves core stability. Get ready to pick up some dumbbells, magic circles, and more for a full-body burn.

(Great for those seeking a challenge 🔥)

SC LAB

Diverse methods of movements and sculpting brought to you in one space and open to all levels. Heated and non heated classes offered. 

All SC LAB classes are 45 minutes.

SC Signature

Created by Founder of Sculpt Club and instructor Julia van der Drift. Launched in 2018, SC signature is KL’s first slider class, incorporating pilates based functional movements which focuses on toning, mobilising and strengthening the body. Best part is, movements are also choreographed to the beat of the music so you get that natural flow and extra motivation.  Low impact, high intensity, the slow burning isolated movements will get you sweating buckets! Get ready to SLIDE SWEAT SCULPT
